I'm not thinking anything. I’m not saying their minds are made up. All I said is that when he walks in as an offered QB from those schools the OC will be in a conundrum and it will be interesting to see what he does. Nothing more, nothing less.

Not necessarily! The fact he’s projecting in the future is zero evidence of how he compares to the current senior quarterback as they stand two years apart in age, maturation, emotional stability, experience.

In fact he could project much better, but not yet.

Jim Hightower isn’t going to let scholarship offers change his philosophy on who plays. He is a stand up guy, abides by his morals and always puts a respectable product on the field. This isn’t going to change with Howard just like it didn’t change in previous years.

If he walks into summer workouts with offers from Alabama, Georgia and LSU, his high school OC will have a conumdrum on his hands. And how can the senior who had starts as a sophomore argue with an old fashion QB competition. Let the games begin.

There should always be a QB competition. No coach wants to start a guy he knows is not as good as the guy behind him. If Howard is to win that competition, good for him.

Note for thought. Fouquier was going to attend STM. He was told that no freshmen dress out for varsity football at STM. He packed his cleats and went to Comeaux. Things are a changing at that school.
