The Evangeline Parish Police Jury discussed its speed limit ordinance during its committee meetings Monday, March 1.


Jury President Eric Soileau said the jury is still gathering information from other parishes and Juror Bryan Vidrine presented the jury with a set of guidelines established by the Department of Transportation and Development, which is used to determine the speed limit on state roadways.
