If that’s the case, I might see if I can add some goodwill by asking the Cajun cooking club to cook for all of the dealerships for free. Since we like to give away our value, why not go big?

Well, very shortly we will see if we can COUNT ON the value of all that goodwill. Let’s see what contributions towards the renovated Cajun Field we draw from the LADC and its members. Hey folks, here is your opportunity to show, not just car show.

    Ragin Cajun Big Wheels Program.

I may be wrong, but this has to be worth something?

And I will in Russo Park for Ragin Cajuns Baseball vs. GA State this Friday, even if I have to walk a little (which I have been doing the entire season)

    Go Cajuns!

Looks like this is a great and valuable program.

However what you don't see on this list is the party grossing $275,000 on the subleasing of our property to its members.

The car dealerships let our coaches drive their demos before still selling the car, so there's nothing for them to lose either way because they still make a profit AND the car show is usually their best weekend for sales.

There's no reason why we shouldn't, at a minimum, get at least a small % of their sales.

Aren't the dealers LADA members? The dealers need admin to put on the show and other activities of shared interest.

You right. Nobody here knows. All I can say is LADA $263,000, UL $12,000 does not, on its face, appear to be a fair split.

Also remember, those loaning the vehicles to us are the same ones paying the $275,000.

Call Trump, this deal needs to be renegotiated...

4.5%...not only rediculas, but f'n stupid on UL's part as well...15 to 20% would be about right...

There's nothing new about this thread from last year's car show.

Those courtesy cars do factor in, though. Without them it would cost us about a quarter million per year.
