Just because we had our best guy on the mound doesn't mean he had his best stuff. It was obvious when he was laboring in the 8th. I know Cantrelle booted the DP but we shouldn't have been in that position to begin with. So ___king frustrating

Leger is NOT our best guy at this moment. He isn't fully recovered, and probably should shut down for the year if he has any dream of pro ball. Gunner has had a great career here, but reality is he isn't 100%.

It's all frustrating period. Leger is the guy right now, but he didn't have it. He has worked his way out of those situations in the past. So who do you trust to come in and close it out considering we have two more games? I have no clue.

You can _____ about leaving Gunner in, or he didn’t have his best stuff but he had enough stuff to get not one but 2 ground ball double plays and neither were turned. That’s the issue. Not leaving him in or taking him out. The game was won twice and we didn’t get it done. Period
