Tony Tramel Announces Simcoe Street Closure For Repairs
Tony Tramel, Director of the Traffic and Transportation Department, announced today that East Simcoe Street between Louisiana Avenue and Ninth Streeet is scheduled to be closed on Wednesday, March 3, 2010, at 8:30 AM and will remain closed tentatively until Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at 5:00 PM.
The contractor will be performing concrete street repairs. Detour routes will be posted.

Lafayette traffic officials have announced that East Simcoe Street between Louisiana Avenue and Ninth Street will be closed until 5 p.m. March 10. Crews are repairing the concrete on that portion of the street. Detour routes will be posted
