Robe has over 25 seasons at UL. By now there shouldn’t be massive rebuilding projects. He’s just barely over 3/5 for his career. That’s really just about average, a little better. A few years ago he was closer to 1/3 and that’s at the bottom of very good.
Don’t know why we’re in basically the 3rd or 5th year of a rebuilding effort. I’m very unhappy, but willing to go another season with him. Next year is do or die.
He really needs to get deep into the tournament this year but I’m sure we’re going to hear youth next year regardless.
Awww little one, you almost hurt my feelings. I’ve got a new name for you. AOC, jr. or just jr. for short, which you are. Just like AOC, you are too ignorant to realize you don’t know ____ about ____!!! It’s halarious and sad at the same time. Now run along jr and let the adults talk. Buh byyyy. Isn’t he precious?
I'm not going to assume a whole lot, as I (and no one else on this board) am not part of the daily locker room dynamic of this team. However, we all know this team would be slightly better if not for all of our injuries that have occurred. With that said, there is a glaring lack of tough nosed, get in your rear, warrior- type players on this team. The "talent" level needs to improve quickly to keep this program moving forward with its' proud history.
And for those of you "fans" practically begging to run Robe off- be careful what you wish for. You're spoiled to having one of the greatest coaches to ever do it run your program for the last 25-30 years. The man is still a huge asset and one of the best in the business driving this ship. The grass is not always greener with a new hire.
These are unchartered waters for modern UL baseball.
