MAT, it's the coaching staff that puts the team together and this is a trend that crosses multiple years. This team needs to decide whether they want to compete, but the root problem lies in the coaches' offices.

There are plenty of things to blame, but my personal opinion is the type of personalities we are recruiting rather than the type of players we’re recruiting.

Call it generational, call it JT’s guys, call it comfortable from winning... IDK. But we haven’t had a cut throat personality on this team since 2015.

That’s my point. Yes, this team has no killer instinct. But it’ll be the same with next year and the next as long as this staff is kept in tact. One me guy will leave and we’ll bring another one in.

The core 3 of Robe, Bab, and JT will always be there. And with those 3, we are doomed.
