With his connections throughout the AAU circuit, at the national level, and basketball mindset he would make an excellent college assistant and head coach some day. Couple that with his unwavering love for this university and it's a recipe for success.

We need someone like that for recruiting purposes. If I'm not mistaken, Kevin Johnson was our Louisiana recruiting guy. We need someone that can connect with Louisiana players and high school coaches. Boyd would be an excellent fit for that role IMO

I know Brad personally and I'm telling you he would sign kids from coast to coast. Chicago kids to ballers in south Florida. Of course he could cover Louisiana but he would do whatever it takes to bring his type of killers to the court.

First time for everything. Him hyping the team alone would significantly increase attendance and hopefully they could play solid ball early. Good thing about basketball is it only takes a couple legit recruits to turn around in the sunbelt.
