Honestly, I think more people were wondering why the slow start than making him ride the pine.
Troy defeats Alabama tonight on the road, 8-4. UTA trying to upset TCU on the road, leading 2-1 in the 9th. Little Rock beating Top 10 Arkansas 11-6 T7th in Fayetteville. This on a night when both Arkansas State and Coastal Carolina go down.

One bit of UL baseball news: LHP Dalton Horton (transfer from TCU) will get the start Wednesday night at Southeastern Louisiana; he had been a weekend starter, but struggled in a few short outings.

We played our most complete game of the year last night.
Logan Savoy is obviously a pitcher. Much needed support for our staff. Very impressive outing last night.
Saw some encouraging signs last night.
What’s the latest on Toro?
Gotta love jake wells sending kasuls from first on a single to rf and him scoring.... Let’s keep the momentum going till tomorrow and the weekend and actually be somewhat consistent for the first time this season
What a game. It all started with Savoy setting the tone. Everything was clicking with the exception of the dropped pop fly. However, the team got Frank’s back getting those two runs back. Impressive performance. Let’s hope they can keep some consistency.
