New Orleans – The Louisiana Supreme Court’s Attorney Disciplinary Board has recommended that St. Martinville attorney Randall P. Serrett’s license to practice law be suspended for one year after Serrett failed to respond to two separate sets of charges lodged against him by the Supreme Court’s Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC).
