    You right, a buyout provision for a coach we will not buy out matters not one iota.

    To me, this is as far as he is capable of taking us. Is he just gonna coach forever with a mediocre team most years, then a good team every now and then that trips in the end? I'm ready for more. What are we doing?

    Where has he taken us? Hes been to one NCAA tournament...everyone before him did that. His win percentage is fools gold because of the schedule he plays. The conference is far worse than when Jessie and Robert coached in it. Not to mention, he makes more than double what they were making.

    My point exactly... a few years it seemed like we were on the brink, only to fall at the end. Time to go, but I guess that's not even a consideration at this point?
