Right. It was a long time ago so I wasn't 100% sure of the specifics. I do remember the newspaper article about the SUV and it bringing up some questions and an investigation. But like I said it was a long time ago and I barely remember things from last week.

I absolutely do understand matchups.

Sorry, but it is inexcusable for us to lose to a team [South Al] with a 255 RPI, especially in the conference tournament. It is also inexcusable to have lost to Coastal [RPI 206] , Arkansas State [RPI 235] or twice to AppSt [RPI 270].

If we have matchup problems against teams this bad, we are long overdue a coaching change.

Also, on the other side. I cannot name one major upset by Big Fish in his tenure. His teams have had NBA players, SunBelt POYears, and his teams can't ever get an upset or lose key games at end of seasons. We have got to be able to get at least one big upset every other year and win at the end when it counts.

The Big Fish has had many, many, many BIG upsets of late, and they have all occurred on this board.

I would suspect that Mike isn't saying much here because he knows what is being said. He has also told us, to exhaustion, that all of our complaining will do nothing as Marlin is in no danger of being removed here as the administration and a cell of diehard contributors love him here and it would take several years of disappointment to force them to make a change. The problem is that after a few years of something like this year there won't be a lot of fans remaining.

Marlin's weakness has been not getting the team deeper than 6.

Or beating any team with a pulse, or winning more than 1 conference championship or going to the NCAA more than once in nearly ten years or....
