And when they don't perform to those expectations you get when you pay your coach that type of money, they fire them and go out and get another one.

Yeah, but not many teams in smaller conferences do. It still doesn't change the fact that we have only been to the conference championship one time in nine years.

R. Hunter made the same move most SBC MBB coaches would do if given the opportunity. Go to a 4 bid conference instead of remaining in what is now a one bid conference. Remains to be seen if his teams will attain an NCAA bid in AAC.
