FWIW, hoax flame out at home against Texas Southern in triple OT. Over 1k free tickets to students. 30k entry fee, hope they broke even or had a donor foot the bill. Don't think Kent State or TSU traveled to Monroe real well....

you left out, that they had reported 6k in attendance, most student tickets were purchased by other fans. if it gets the fan base and students excited and out to the games more power to them. 30k is money well spent in my mind. never forget spending money should invest in building the fan base and rewarding the student athletes.
