But not of the turf behind the plate. No one has had a problem with Ragin' Cajuns on the backstop in the view from behind the pitcher until now. That is the view for every single pitch of every single game. Some people are holding a grudge against YG and that is what this is about.

Just change the damn thing and put her name somewhere in the outfield....I think $2mil! for the Faulkinberry tower! Anybody know the money put up for her? Not much Boomer. Some spray paint and a banner. Minimal cost. She did a lot for our school. I moved on long time ago with being upset with her. She did the right thing for her. Take care of #1 first. I know the softball community and softball fans at UL have moved on.

I was talking to a Louisiana State fan the other day about Sagan going to Alabama, and he still couldn’t understand why he went even though Bama waved a multimillion dollar check in his face.

Sometimes, we let our fanhood get in the way of logic. Yvette ran this program on peanuts while simultaneously building a powerhouse. She was offered the world from the school to the east of us. Logically, she had to lookout for her future. So she left. But she came back. I had the chance to briefly meet her during the 2014 Super Regional against Arizona and welcomed her back. She seemed glad to be there.

She was also sitting in the very first row the day that Gerry Glasco had his opening press conference. So yeah, it’s nice to have her back and around the program. It’s hers. She built it.
