There have been a lot of hard games to watch this year but last night took the cake for me for this season. Just bad baseball in every phase of the game.

There’s some little things that I noticed last night too. Windham was sure to do his little shimmy at first after his single still down 7. Then turned around and laid on the turf for 10 seconds after diving for the ground ball in the 9th. It’s not just windham. That is just the most recent example of the complete lack of maturity on this team. I can’t help but think about how every postgame interview and press conference is a series of well thought out reasons why we aren’t producing backed with stats. It’s a defeatist attitude. Defy odds. Prove stats wrong. If you believe all the stats, once you get behind, you usually lose. Why play the rest of the game?

Wrong. Not only does seeding matter, but it’s an accomplishment they can build on. I know a segment of the dopes on this board don’t understand that, but even a regular season championship can be the beginning of a long term turnaround.

We aren't winning a regular season championship, so let's throw that out the window. Coastal is going to run away with that this year.

We didn't build on winning the West in 2018 (even though we finished 5th overall).

Regardless of your seed in the tournament, unless you finish between 7 and 10, you still need to win a minimum of 4 games in 1 weekend to win the auto bid.
