Abbeville - State Court hears case Tuesday
Many eyes are on today’s “Francis Touchet Jr. vs. Ernal “EJ” Broussard” State Supreme Court Case.
The State Supreme Court will hear the case at 1:30 today.
Both attorneys will give their presentation and then the seven judges who sit on the State Supreme Court will go behind closed doors and make a decision. The court’s decision could take minutes or hours.
