This weekend has to rank amongst most depressing. The softball team will regroup, I dont know what the baseball will do, and mens basketball will be what they are. Man oh man

Yeah. The weekend was bad. Not the whole season. You lost to a team that can do no better than 2-3 against the tournament field. Then you lose today in what is somehow a consolation game. Effectively you finished last in the tournament.

I’d safely say it was a bad weekend for a team that is top ranked 10 in the nation.

2 straight games of sub par performance at the plate against teams that you should beat. It’s 2 games. I get it. But 2 games that you may look back on when you are traveling for a regional.
