Kaplan - Ham Turner named ‘Citizen of the Month’
Councilwoman Eva Dell Morrison named Abraham Turner as her February “Citizen of the Month.”
Abraham Turner, better known as “Ham” to everyone, is the father of six children; one of which passed away two years ago because of epilepsy.
His parents are the late Verla and Abraham Turner Sr. He comes from a family of seven siblings.
At the age of 52, he’s been through it all.
He is currently the head custodian at Rene Rost Middle School and has been employed there for the past 28 years.
