Francis Touchet and Ernal “EJ” Broussard have made District B almost a household name in Acadiana thanks to the court battles they have been through in order to be Abbeville’s District B City Councilman.
The two Abbeville residents are fighting it out in the courtroom to see who is qualified or not to run for the council seat.
