Thread: Losing Streak Ended, Time for a break.

  1. UL Basketball Losing Streak Ended, Time for a break.

A break in the schedule could not have come at a better time for the UL basketball team.

Neither could last Friday night’s 76-72 Sun Belt Conference win over Georgia State.

Maybe the staff should spend the break fundraising

Impressive. Hopefully this is something the RCAF will distribute to its members.

Don’t think so, seems like Robe keeps some cash for a rainy day and fell just short of football on donations. Both are impressive if im reading it correctly.

Not sure what you are reading, but football is over $400K. But MBB is at the bottom, Jeez.

Is MBB really lower than softball in seat donations?

Actually, they’re lower than football, baseball, AND softball.

    Sheesh.

    Sheesh.
I would think softball has more season tickets sold than basketball. Not too surprised.

    Sheesh.
Maybe because the coaches of Football, baseball and softball have higher aspirations for their programs, and play better opponents at home than basketball does?

    Just a guess.

I know Robe and Glasco both expect to at least make the NCAA tournament every year, not that they necessarily DO every year, but that is the minimum goal. This year Glasco has said that he expects his girls to reach the WCWS.

I’m looking at sport restricted, not personal seat donations. Quarterback club took in $120k. Baseball confined donations are at $240k. If you combine these with personal seat donations, baseball is at $565k, and football is at $526k, if my math holds.
