It was good to see students show up behind the visitor’s bench. Stood up and smack talked GAST all night. And most of the students stayed the entire time, even thru the fight song.

I didn't realize that they had moved students back behind the visitors bench. That's where we were for every game when I was a student. I thought that they moved all the student seating begins the goal. That's great...should bring more students to the game, because the most fun we had was getting under the skin of the visiting coaches and players.

Going back and reading this thread from start to finish is hilarious.

As usual, all the people with toxic negativity decided to “support” their team the only way they know how: by staying home and complaining about them on the Internet.

The rest of us had a really fun night watching our team win. The crowd was into the game, the halftime show was worth the price of admission on its own, and the team played its butt off and won a big game against our biggest rival. Good times.

The students still sit behind the basket. The seats behind the opponents bench have been mostly empty all year. I think they are left unsold to season tickets to have available for opponents fans.

Last night, I suspect that group of students/fans purchased those seats to heckle GA State and Mr. Hunter.

I think that was because there was such a large showing by the students that they not only filled their section but spilled over to behind the gsu bench. They were awesome. Sure hope that that continues.

I support coaches that are good representatives of the univ the constant exucses and calling out the fan base is inexcusable in my book. The only way to voice a vote of no confidence is by not showing & and not giving money
