Looks like this team is really starting to come together. Cantrelle seems to also be a real catalyst and leader on this team in his second season. How important is he to this team and what did he do to get going again?

This is a game of sample sizes and streaks as is so often said the best hitters fail 7 out of 10 times. As coaches how do you get guys going to break up a slump, small changes or just continue battling through it? What are some of the craziest things you have seen players or coaches do to get out of a slump?
