    I think he is a good recruiter but not a very good coach why we beat over lesser talent teams and get railroaded by equal or better.

    He has only recruited 3 HS players so far who helped significantly as freshmen, plus Long who was a freshman transfer. I think he falls significantly short in both areas.

    Have to correct myself. Washington and Stove did not arrive until the following year.

    That's questionable at best. Look at this year's roster. We have transfers who we were relying upon and for good reason but we have few contributors outside of them. We have an undermanned and undersized frontcourt and no real playmakers. We have shooters but we need guys to kick out to them in order for them to be really effective. We have been told its really hard to get good big men here out of high school but if we are the standard in the conference and he's that good of a recruiter, I'd think we'd be more successful in that regard.
