I have heard the team completed their trip safely.

I just noticed that we are a pickem with App State tonight. I get that it is in Boone, but how possibly can a team that is 13-7 vs a team that is 5-14 in the same conference be a pickem game. I can believe that we are 4-5 point favorites even with the home court advantage.

This is the first Cajun vs App game in 5 years in Boone that I am going to miss

Dump a few of those wins vs SWAC,SLC, and non division I teams. Also we had Marquetti when we competed against some of our best opponents. We’ve told people here for years that the Big Fish schedules to build his resume not get better.

Seriously, App has 6 wins, three of them are vs Mars Hill, Winston Salem State and Milligan, all of which are Non D-1 teams. There other wins are vs Howard (MEAC), NC Central (MEAC) and Little Rock, a team we beat by 14, they won by 4.

There 6 wins are vs worse teams than most of our 13. Again, I ask how can this be a pickem game.

They don't have a win over a team with a sub 300 RPI.

    342 Howard
    312 LR
    322 NC Central
    N/A Mars Hill
    N/A Winston Salem State
    N/A Milligan

They have played a much better schedule, with losses out of conference vs:

    Alabama
    Purdue
    Witchita State
    Ball State
    ECU (Bad Loss) RPI 260
    South Florida
    Georgetown
    St Louis

    Conference Losses vs:
South Alabama (Bad Loss) RPI 307
    Troy
    UTA
    Texas State
    Coastal
    Arkansas State

Spotting 17 is less than spotty play.

App is playing right into Marlin’s hands. Giving them a false sense of security. Marlin is a freakin genus!

    (Tons of sarcasm here)
