UL Baseball Baseball is upon us

I haven’t been on RP in a while. I browsed the first couple pages of threads and didn’t see one talking baseball...

So what we looking like? Higher hopes at the plate? Pitching staff? Let’s hear it!!

Lot of threads about baseball, maybe more than they deserve based on their last two years.

This is what separates Naiper, Glasco, and Robe compared to Broadhead and Marlin and our former coach Hudspeth .. their aspirations

Clearly it's more than aspiring. That was Robert Lee's stated goal as well. Too bad he wasn't able to do anywhere close to his stated aspirations. Of the three you're cheering on only Robe has come close to his ultimate goal and that's almost 20 years ago.

I'm in agreement those three are far more likely to get their goals than Marlin's three magic days in March. Still it's way more than saying it. I’m in agreement that you’ve got to state your goal to achieve it, especially if it’s a huge goal.

I think Glasco has the best chance next year to win it all followed by Robe.. NY6 win is a top goal for us in football we will see in 3 years if that attainable.

It's one thing to talk but actions tell the whole story my point is that one coaches main objective is to just to make the post season the others is to win it all.

Preseason presser. The guy cut the video when Lahare had just started

Liked what Lahare said about Wells. Said he really stress the mental approach at the plate and having a plan, then adapting that plan pitch by pitch. He talked about that mental approach for a good bit and not going to the plate blind without a plan
