I remember the day Fields verbally committed and we were excited to get a top 50 player in the state. We have now signed FIVE players more highly rated than him in the state. Truly could be a program-changing class.

This should not be forgotten. Fields was the first big get to commit. He was also instrumental in getting others to commit.

I will respectfully disagree with Willis here if that is indeed his view. First, we can be pretty sure some of these kids will see action early and often as there were so many holes to fill. Secondly, let's not forget what this coaching staff did last year, especially with a defense that was totally decimated when they took over.

I believe this class will have an immediate and impressive impact on Cajun football in 2019.

Can someone with any knowledge of who manages STM’s social media tell them that ULL isn’t a thing? Every time we sign someone ULLLL.

I think we have enough RCAF / Boosters that have gone through or had kids go through that school to get that done. One that comes to mind has their family name on the indoor practice facility. Another was instrumental in putting together the RCAF social in the Cajun dome convention center for years. I know there are many more. If those kind of folks can’t get stm to change what they do, then no one can.

Perhaps your sarcasm meter needs to be adjusted. There’s no point in saying after three or four years that a recruiting class was good, bad, or anywhere in between. Obviously everyone is guessing on day one, and that’s the fun. But seriously how bright are ya on day number one thousand? Where’s the fun in that?
