On his way out, Jefferson Street Market owner Rob Robinson took what some are calling a "cheap shot" at his now former place of business and the Downtown Development Authority.

"It's sort of becoming frustrating dealing with some of the problems down here," says Robinson. He and many others are frustrated with the lack of residential growth, as well as the growing number of homeless and criminal activities.
