do teams normally redo the playbook every season? if not would bama have to now, or just if they play sooners again? or do they just change the names of plays and/or signals?

I just don't see the waiver being approved. If it does, then you can say goodbye to any athlete ever sitting out a season after transferring again ... in any sport.
