Charging for parking is just us doing what all the other Jones are doing.

I don't know the definition of a sellout but went to a couple of what felt like no empty seats games when Hall was coach.

What Lannie is saying is if we are paying premiums to park, then a 2-9 record for $160k might not be justified.

At least that’s what I get out of it.

Agreed I think. Maggard always justifies anything costing plus by saying everyone else does it so it’s not unusual.

The jones are not keeping a coach that is 19-27 in his 5th and 6th season with two lower division losses.

I find it insulting that the admin wants more money out of the fanbase but will give large salaries and free passes to coaches that have failed to meet expectations.

I have no problem with what we pay any coach, provided the team has success comensurate with the compensation.

I would guess the AD knows something we do not.

I don't have a problem paying coaches either eg we are paying a softball coach a lot of money but his expectations are to win a national championship. Same with football Napier is expectations are to be at the top of the G5 and pushing for a NY6. Basketball expectations ... maybe make the dance once a decade if you can't buy into a tournament

Lannister, according to some on this board, there is nothing wrong with that. What? You don't like Sunbelt Conference titles? The prestige isn't good enough for you?

If only we were corralling conference titles on a regular basis, and in the case of basketball every decade or so.
