This stuff is almost unavoidable between teenage alphas...get over it.
Like I said earlier, if no guns, knifes or other weapons were involved, who gives a fak.

I stated that I trust the coaches in making a decision, but it does sound like this player, his older brother and 2 other friends assaulted one person way beyond a normal fight, which would indicate guilt IMO. But there is always someone who is willing to excuse this type of behavior as long as he can play football or basketball and he is one of "our guys." The injuries allegedly inflicted by "big MO" were severe and not typical bloodied noses and black eyes. I hope the kid can get his life together, but UL may not be the right fit because it is pretty close to Orange and this kid might be better off a little farther away from his buddies. Below is a link to statements from several witnesses.

No, I said nothing in my first post that is any different from what I said in this message. To me, this guy sounds like a football version of one of Jesse's last chance players. But maybe I am wrong, unlike some on here, I do not claim to know everything. That is why I did a search. BTW, did you bother to read the witness accounts of this event that I linked?

Couple of notes on this offer. He has an offer to come in for a visit in January. Usually a staff will make offers to get athletes to come in for a visit, but that doesn't mean we sign him if he comes on a visit. It's opportunity to see if he is a fit for our program, visiting with academics as well. So at this time, he are talking about a possible visit this month before Signing Day.

Don’t call a 275lb man the N word unless you can defend yourself. He found himself in a normal situation involving alcohol that escalated..he didn’t premeditate anything. ___ happens. It’s not excusing, the Dude made a mistake and paid for it. Get over it. He hasn’t been in trouble since.

When you looked at statements taken without cross examination and professed "guilt" I did not need to read any of the statements. Guilt only happens in two instances - when the accused admits guilt and pleads as such, or when the accused it tried in a court of law and after an opportunity to cross examine, the judge or jury decides he is guilty. No Crawfish has the legal authority to pronounce guilt as YOU DID.

So, my opinions stand as proclaimed. Hope you learned something from this.

Thanks Cajun T. Again I hope this young man can get his life together whether it is with UL or someone else.
