    I thought it is worth mentioning that with what has turned out to be an unfortunately short career as a Cajun, Marquetti will be in the record books as the #2 3 pt shooter in school history % wise. His career 42.7% is 2nd to only Sydney Grider at 43%. If Malik would have made just one more at any point in his career he would be #1.

    In answer to someone's question....there are no plans to take the redshirt off Kobe Julien at this time

    JUCO transfer Jeremy Hayes is likely to move into the starting lineup due to Marquetti's absence.
