Terrible news, he was the one guy who had really stepped it up this year. He had shown the flashes last year but was doing it every game this year. Wishing him the best on his recovery and hope his playing days can continue professionally.

Horrible news. Been around way too many ACL injuries. IF rehabbed correctly its 9-12 months minimum. Anyone says otherwise they are playing with fire.

Malik had grown to be the toughest matchup in the entire league.

As a fifth year senior who had played in more than 30% of the teams games this year, his UL career is likely over.

What do you suppose his chances are of getting a hardship? I'd imagine very slim, but conference play hasn't started yet, so maybe that could be in his favor? Guess we'll find out.
