The LSU kid that played for Tulane showed up right before the season. Looks like he should have started day one on talent alone.

He can't blueshirt since he was recruited and committed before the February signing date.

He signed his LOI so only thing he can do is redshirt or greenshirt

As clutch alluded to, let’s hope Napier has another LB prospect to add.
That has been Jay's stance since before he broke into talk radio.

He should be doing his 2016 recruiting class analysis any day now.

Some of Hud's best signees never made it to the field. With that said I still don't think any of them, on paper, came close to stacking up to yesterday's class.

I think i saw Legendre listed as a WR but didn't see anything for Scott.
Legendre is a slot receiver ... Patterson or Malone's spot.

His stats show a number of things, first look at his HS junior and senior videos and his interceptions were nowhere near double digits. In fact his td to int. ratio is very good. So you are looking at his freshman season in JC where he spent very little time with his offensive coordinator and not knowing the talent of his receivers. Going off a small body of work it's clear he had a learning curve and at times struggled and at times performed very well. This is not uncommon with young QB's moving up to the next level, even in the NFL. Not that it matters now, but all young QB's struggle making jumps in the level of play.

They are figuring he will be a bit of a project. They believe Chandler is much more likely to compete for playing time.
