    It's going to be a great day. I am excited as this will be the first time for me actually being present at a signing of a new Ragin Cajun football player. First family member to play ball for the Cajuns since the 60s and to top it off he had a Tech offer also.

    Isn't this period three days? If people don't sign Wednesday they can do so either Thursday or Friday.

    Did anyone read the article on 1420.com about the Cajuns new commit Devin Mitchell? Dude is a monster! 6 Foot 2, 2900 pounds

    Seen it the night he committed, but I didn't think we had a scholarship for him right now. Brian Mitchell's nephew btw.

    I'm assuming he's a DL. That should free up a few scholarships. At that width he should be able to play the line by himself.

    Speaking of Brian. He was at the pregame tailgate party on Saturday. Good to see him there.
