We’ll need to sign two more classes similar to this one. We’re losing a lot this year. The fact that many of these seniors held starting positions suggests that underclass should have gotten much more PT.

We are not losing any all SBC performers. McDowell and Kidd will be the most difficult to replace. We have seasoned replacements for all the other positions we lost. Napier played a lot of players this year.

One needs to give them credit where credit is due. The Techsters have won five bowl games in the last five years. I looked it up, and in those bowl games they've beaten Illinois, Ark St, Navy, SMU, and Hawaii. That's a pretty impressive accomplishment. Winning OOC games against AAC and MWC teams goes a long way in earning the respect of schools that make up the AAC. Like it or not, when realignment starts heating up again, La Tech will be some of our stiffest competition.
