This might be true, but a mass exodus like what happened at Oregon has an event causing it. How Glasco kept that from happening to us is beyond me.

Oregon has 1 pitcher and 0 catchers on their roster currently - the #1 overall seed 6 months ago.

If that was us last year - and it easily could have been - this program might be over.

You can hear it when Glasco continually thanks those who stayed, because he knows how desperate this could have been for us.

The Long Grass Brigade is about to come unglued.

After the crap he said today, I have no doubt he'd try to claim some credit.

If coach Mike really wanted the best for the softball 🥎 program,HE helped achieve milestones with, his wife was a coach also and became an All-American on, and Yvette coached, to National Prominance, and Fans donated time , Money, skills, and love and support to, WHO ALL WORKED TOGETHER TO BUILD A NAME CALLED UL AND LOUISIANA, Mike would NOT, could NOT, Should NOT TRY TO TEAR IT WHICH IS NOT SOLELY HIS, DOWN BY CALLING IT NAMES!!!! Mike I Love you like a brother, stop taking shots away is not yours and and just keep it between you and whomever you feel as though wronged you.

At one time I had a job where there was a view of a graveyard. On more than one occasion when an employee thought a little too highly of themselves, I’d point out the graveyard has plenty of people there whom at one time thought they’d never could be replaced, yet life moved on. Applies to us all.

    I thought the same thing.

The only reason Lotief would be true to his word and happy if the Softball team won a NT is so he could claim some sort of credit for building the program and stocking it with what he would call "his" talent. Nothing more.

Exactly, even though he had a few current players (at the time) sue the university lol

He can't control his seething bitterness. He talked his talent into leaving the program. He talked them into trashing the program. He emboldens his followers with tribal warfare. You cannot both claim you want UL softball to succeed, and trash the institution and leadership that surround it.

You're trying to apply a sliver of rationale to his ramblings. There is no universe where you plot to destroy the foundation of a building, while wishing those on the 16th floor great outcomes.
