It’s just a matter of time until the Excel Club stakeholders (parents) learn the “other side” of the story and it will be all over. Especially if the stink of the lawsuits merits all come to light. Video tape does not lie or has an opinion.

Not on Twitter, wonder if his account and Excel’s are linked?

    Mike Lotief
“U don’t think I’m better than that-u slandered me for months over & over again.I have your blogs “trashing me”. I hope ULL softball wins the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP this year. Poetic justice!I know he is flying in tonite-that’s why I said THE SAME WEEK AS. Cancer is a bully, I know”
    Jay
“Slander is a very strong word, Mike. Any statements I made we’re backed up by the 625 pages of documents, most of them concerning your activities. think I slandered you? Sue me.”
    Mike
“Lol. No they were NOT. You slandered me.”
    Jay
“I hope they win the national championship? You did everything you could to destroy the program.”
    Mike
    “Lol. Wrong again.”
I might have to actually sign up for a twitter account......well....maybe not.

"You did everything you could to destroy the program."

You think Jay Walker would say something like that over Twitter if he wasn't confident in what he was saying?

That is why I said above that Lotief, as he walked out the door, tried to poison the program every way possible. Now he claims his undying support and wishes for a national championship.

Bullspit, Lotief. Just man-up and tell the truth, for once.

I'm not sure if my post led you to believe that I don't agree with what Jay is posting on Twitter. I don't have a Twitter account and even this epic Twitter exchange isn't enough to make this old man sign up for one. Kudos to Jay for his posts. I read through most of the 625 pages of the report Jay referred to. I can't see this lawsuit being settled in Lotief's favor in any way.

Relax my friend, I was just making a general statement, nothing directed at you in particular. Thanks for updating the twitter battle. I don't tweet either, sounds too ghey to me.

I would tend to agree with you on the outcome of the lawsuit, but then, I was also sure OJ would be found guilty of murdering his x.

    Remember those famous words:

If the glove does not fit, you must blame Vic. LOL

Looks like way too much leagalezze in this thread for the level of legal competence volunteering to make comments. Many need to stick to their day job.

By the way, fixed it for you.
