    I agree with most of this...except the waaay more with less part. He had plenty of support and inherited a gold mine, for it's time.

    Well Lotiefs probably still didn’t have a lot of resources when they took over, since The Jerk was still university president, but they inherited a well-known and successful program from Yvette.

    although, while it is great what glasco is doing and we all seem happy about these new transfer rules, it seems just as easy that those rules could lead to our players leaving, especially if said coach gets an offer from another conference?
