Marlin is a case study in our history. I’d love to know what wheels he’s greased to keep supporters going out of their way to defend his lack of results. It’s really an amazing thing to watch unfold year after year.

I saw one of if not the best team in recent school history last year. I don’t care if we didn’t dance or lost at lspooh. I watched that team, they played good basketball. This year we lost 3 huge players from that team and it’s still early in the year to tell how we will gel by years end when it really counts. That’s why conference is after non conference. We’re not getting an at large, I think we can all agree every year for the foreseeable future. So position yourself to have a good conference team to get seeded for your best chance for success in the conf tourney and hopefully Win and get to the dance.

Never know. We could be this years Cinderella.

Sorry about the dude, no disrespect meant by it. It’s common tongue with my friends. I’m not saying bob is giving us our moneys worth, but come on, you don’t think he’s trying hard enough. He seems like a hard nose worker to me. Maybe it’s his tone, I don’t know. 9 years is a lot and maybe its time for a change.

But we keep winning 20 games a year against I don’t care who and compete in conference and win some conference tourneys more often than we are currently. I can enjoy that team.

We can all want a consistent power, possible at large team year in and out. We can also hope to jump straight to the big 12 in football.

I own my own company which is “mom and pop”,The way I like it. I could hope to be a millionaire but it won’t happen unless I want to take on major physical or mental stress. So no, it won’t happen, but I can hope. My Cajuns and golf game stress me out enough. Haha.

You are a safe keeper and there is absolutely, unequivocally not a thing wrong with that because it's your life, your money and your level of desired stress that drives what you do and why you are successful at the level you choose.

Marlin does not have that prerogative. He is paid top dollar by taxpayer and Cajun supporter money and he is expected to try hard, take risks and perform at the top of the game. It does not matter that it may be hard, he must Perform or get out. It's very simple.

Decisions, decisions...do we got watch the guys this week at Ryan Street high in their new gymnasium or go to the dome and watch the ladies play Alice Shoe?

I witnessed it all in the dome Saturday night and I will take the trek down I-10 to check out the new gym on Ryan St. Tuesday night. Good luck to the Cajuns in the dome Tuesday.

Last year was the exception, not the rule in his 9 year career here. It's 7 of the other 8 that may have shown a trend leading to the fireable offenses. You must be the rule more often and have a better end performance when the rule is achieved to stay.

Uh, we went 16-2 in conference last year and won the conference championship.

That is exactly the problem..

Don’t take my words out of context. We had a good team last year that didn’t play their best ball at the end. That doesn’t mean we didnt have a good team.
