Well said. He helped us get where we’re going as a program

I think he design the current uniforms and I agree. I didn’t care for some pre adidas unis we had but there were some that were OK. I don’t think hud liked the pre adidas unis much either. No doubt the uniforms we wore this year were some of the best and most classic in school history.

Nola bowl vs Sdst and huds last game in Monroe were definitely not his best effort when it comes to fashion. ( the Monroe one was also used at home but don’t remember the team. Maybe ark st.)

Good luck to hud. As rough as things ended, I think he's the first cajuns coach to have a second head coaching gig...does that mean that UL is no longer a coaching grave yard, or have we moved into coaching purgatory?

I vote for purgatory. He didn't move up from here, but I think this kind of counts.

Good luck to HUD. Hopefully, he learned something from his experience here and is a huge success in the future.

    Now. I've gotta go peay.

This is a job Hud can use to possibly get back into the FBS.

Will Healy was doing a good job of building that program. In 2016 he went 0-11 but still was able to pull in the #1 recruiting class in the FCS. In 2017 he went 8-4 and took a step back this year at 5-6. This is not a job that Hud will have to rebuild. If he can win in 2019 and 2020, he can parley that into a new job.

For the job to no longer be a graveyard job wouldn’t it have to be a vertical move and not a backwards move?

I disagree, to be a still be a graveyard the coach would need to be a real estate or insurance agent.

Staying alive is all that is required for non graveyard status.
