Thread: UL women show strides in loss to Sam Houston

  1. UL Basketball UL women show strides in loss to Sam Houston

It wasn’t like UL women’s coach Garry Brodhead was able to press a button and just order up a much-needed victory.

Sometimes, things in life just don’t come that easily

2 wins and are ranked 315 out of 350 in RPI

The worst it's ever been in the last 10 years.

Can anyone who knows woman’s basketball tell us what’s wrong with this team? Gary had them trending upwards but the last couple of seasons they’re going to other direction. Especially this year. They are not good.

I think for the first few games they only dressed 8 players. How does that happen? Injuries, eligibility?

What ever the reason the coach and players need to do some soul searching real soon.

On the positive side, there are 351 D-1 women's programs, so, we’re not that bad, eh?
