Only RP posters could find fault with this thread.

Wrong!!!! Never underestimate the malcontent that can be found within a considerable percentage of humanity. These are not "Glass half empty" types of people. They are people who deny that there is a glass and believe the world is living in a perpetual drought.

Nah, GQ forum members would know that black is a much better option than red when wanting to portray a sense of confidence, strength, and professionalism. As a bonus, it is also quite slimming on a figure. GQ members would no doubt congratulate our coaching staff for making such a smart wardrobe choice.

Red was so last decade. You know who wore red on recruiting trips? Ricky Bustle.

May the color police just Please.

    1. Black is not a color so there is nothing's there to harp about.

    2. I'm pretty sure every single sports team for this university wears black at some point in time.

    3. Black portrays a sense of confidence, strength and professionalism.

    4. I would bet that many of the complainants should try black, they might like the way they look in black.

Yes, I want to fight about it.

And J1M has already put in a request to Turbine for a separate fashion forum. It’s where RP members can purchase personalized thongs for each home game.

I certainly hope there is a black line.

Just out of curiosity are you suggesting that if our football staff wore red 97% of the time and black 3% we wouldn't be signing the best class ever? I don't see how the color shirt makes a difference in the signing class. To me it would make sense to wear the school you work for colors 90-95% of the time and the non color 5-10% to mix it up. Just my 2 cents and common freaking sense.

Wins and losses appear not to be important to some folks on here. Apparently, if left up to them, if our Coaches would just wear red at all times, they could remain in good standing regardless of their performance and win/loss record. LOL!

Fail to understand the incessant bietching by the same two posters on this issue. Something bad related to BLACK must have happened to each of them in their respective childhoods. It's like a bad dream revisited every time a Cajun team or coach shows up somewhere in black.

Are you suggesting that we'd lose more if we wore red and white? Better warn OU, better warn UH, better warn KC Chiefs. Ware black because you're more likely to win, just ask the first quarter century of Saints teams.

Okay so can we agree that there's nothing wrong with red or white? Frankly I don’t care if Napier wares black, but our team should wear red and white or change school colors.

    5. Once you go black, you never go back.
