I do not know if this was ever posted? This is not to demean the University, but it shows how badly we need to renovate and upgrade our football stadium.

And honestly, it should be in the top 5. As far as atmosphere, it's probably the worst. This student section is by far the worse I have ever seen.

It's a click bait article. I saw it on Facebook. I think they lost credibility when they referenced yelp reviews, called ULM a good program (I consider past performance, not 1 non losing season since 2012) and left off places like Ladd Peebles and Legion Field.

We need renovations, but that's not the reason for not drawing well this year. They were right about the student section, although it's not a lack of a student section. It's a lack of students in that section.

Yeah, I was there too. Their stadium is much improved from what it used to be. It does seat fewer than it used to, but they've added a new end zone facility along with a new press box with suites and it's a much nicer looking place anyway. Like lots of other G5 schools, La Tech appears to be managing their stadium upgrades with the mindset of quality over quantity.
