the best food on the coast is The Silver Slipper near Bay St Louis, the buffett there is top notch and their fine dining cant be beat. Best facility on the Biloxi end is probably Golden Nuggett. If you want to get away from the casino's Patio 44 is a good choice and the drink menu there can't be beat
