Not correct. Defense did stop ULM. That is why they had to try for a field goal. Almost ever win is a combination of what the victor did right and the loser did wrong.

Agree with that. I looked at the missed FG replay several times. Ball needed to hook slightly left for success as ball was on right hash mark. The ball did not hook as the miss was to the right or almost straight away. Had the ball hooked we had someone in position for a likely block. I think our penetration caused the kicker to go a little early which helped contribute to the miss.
