That may be the number he has set, but thus far no one has offered it, including Florida. I'm interested in seeing it he enrolls, or continues to visit programs.

It's retarded. Let's say a school or booster would be willing to pay that amount, but said player gets hurt or just doesn't pan out. Will they come calling for that money back?

Kid is betting on himself, get paid for playing a year and possibly work his way into the first round. Guy is being offered by damn near every program in the country.
