Which means, I think that UL mist purchase, and then resell, if they can, $125K more in tickets. Is that not correct?

I don't like the SBCs decision on this. Let the bowls decide. Mobile makes a lot of sense for us. 3-4 hours away. Itll be a good test to see how our fanbase is, traveling 1-2 hours more than NOLA. I don't see many traveling to Orlando. I hear so much about how bowls are about money, but tickets are money, so financially it makes sense too.

From the reports of other fans who have attended the Cure Bowl, it seems to be a first class operation. I have no problem if we end up there and if we do, expect to win.

Orlando is a much better destination than Mobile. I’m stoked for Orlando placement if we lose Saturday

I think the conference made the right move with the Cure Bowl. The 2 Alabama bowls are well in driving distance for Georgia Southern and Troy and with the direct flights out of Lafayette to Orlando its damn near cheaper to go to Orlando than Mobile.

I agree. For me there is no way I'm going to fly to Orlando after making that trip twice already this year. Frontier out of Lafayette is not an option either considering the flights are not daily. I would have bought tickets to the Dollar General in Mobile and driven. The New Orleans Bowl is a no brainer should we win Saturday. In either case, UL would not have a problem selling it's allotment. I don't see UL selling it's allotment for the bowl game in Orlando.

No one is arguing that, but I don't see families returning to Orlando a second time this year so close to Christmas.

Then again, not all families have been to Orlando this year.

What would be dope is, if the Cure Bowl could get with Universal, get half off tickets to anyone who buys a ticket to the bowl game, and give the park exclusively to those folks for the afternoon.
