JENNINGS, La. (AP) - A 31-year-old Jennings man has been found shot to death inside his vehicle parked on a vacant lot.

Police reportedly found the body of Kenneth Pelican late Wednesday night in the driver's seat of a vehicle. Police Chief Johnny Lassiter said he had been shot once in the head. Lassiter tells the American Press that officers found the body after they responded to what they thought was a traffic accident.
