At first, Chauncey Manac has no idea just what his future could hold.

Football was a game to be played, not necessarily a ticket to college.

“I didn’t really care about the (scholarship) offers,” he said. “But once I got ’em, I started thinking, ‘Man, I can really do something.’ So I just started ballin’.”
